Have a nice and nutritional breakfast, balanced, with proteins, carbohydrates, and fresh fruit after all this morning ritual, then grab your cell phone, to see any important notification.
It is better if you check e-mails when you get to your office, at least that you have an urgent issue to answer.
The rest can wait an hour, until you get to your desk and open your e-mail. Try to follow this advice and you will feel less stressed.

I remember my brother george used to have an ambulance sound for his alarm the sound was so annoying it really gets you in a very bad mood.
