The ideal number is 120/80 cholesterol: ldl or bad cholesterol must be under 100, hld or good cholesterol over 50
The ideal number is half or less of your height in inches I think i will fail the circumference ideal number, definitely.

I am always trying to get away from junk and fatty food in my every day routine is easy for me to eat healthy.
