Yoram Yasur Rubin: AFTER LUNCH I GET VERY SLEEPY

yasur-morning-drinkI could drink a dozen! but, i always try to stick to four cups a day. Yoram Yasur I wish i could take a power nap. But i have a meeting in an hour. i hope to have a productive meeting and close a good deal.

I am going to have a cup of coffee, a double espresso I need caffeine to keep going. It is incredible how coffee can sheer you up. I tried to quit coffee once, but it was impossible, i am a coffee lover! Doctors say you shouldn’t drink more than five cups daily.

WHAT ABOUT ONE POWERFUL FOOD YOU SHOULD ADD TO YOUR EVERY DAY DIET FLAX SEEDS

This seeds are wonderful for, stay in good shape, digestion and bowel function. You can add it to fruit, yogurt or cereal.
You can drink it with water as I do Just add two tablespoons of flax seeds to a glass of water, and drink it immediately.
