Every time you feel sad, take the jar and read your notes.
You will change your mind instantly.
Help other, be a volunteer.
Talk to someone, tell him why you are grateful for him.
Keep a journal or all the blessings you have in your life.
Celebrate your blessings.
This will change your perspective of life.
Focus on small every day things.
BE GRATEFUL FOR WHAT YOU HAVE AND WHAT YOU ARE.
Listen to some music.
It will help you concentrate on your day and boost energy to overcome your moment.
Find sources of inspiration, a book, a blog, other persons, yoga, meditation.
Enjoy the present.
Enjoy being here right now.
Connect with your present.
Breath deeply if you feel that your past is invading your present.
Breath and concentrate on your present.
Make your life plan.
BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF AND WITH THE OTHERS.
Avoid people who brings stress and negative thoughts in your life.
Stop needing everyone to like you.
DON’T do things to receive something back.
Be honest with yourself and with the others.
thinking that is too late to start over again.
DO NOT criticizing yourself.
DO NOT changing just to impress people.
