Do things that help you take stress and anxiety out of your body, it can be exercise, talking to someone, meditation, yoga.
Be your own best friend.
Take just a few minutes in the morning or evening to appreciate yourself.

Read, listen to material that uplifts you, be in touch with material that helps you understand yourself and that guides

You to live a better life.
Take one small step forward towards something positive.
Be kind with others.

BE KIND TO YOURSELF.

I know I have written about this before, but is so important you keep it in mind.
All day we are speaking silently to ourselves, so the words you tell to yourself should be positive and kind.
Listen to what your heart and soul is telling you.
If you genuinely feel that something is wrong, it probably is.
Pay attention to your feelings, follow your heart.
You have to create your own happiness, commit to yourself to be happy.
Sometimes you have to let go of things to grab something great.

Sometimes your worst critic is yourself, specially when we are depressed.
Do not let negative thoughts take over you.
Do not pay attention to that inner voice.
Be in peace with your past.
Learn to accept it and forgive your past is the most important key to overcome depression.
Forgiveness is not an act of compassion for others is an act of compassion for you.
Learn how to listen and understand your body.
Learn to live the present moment, express your feelings, keep in mind all  your talents and blessings.
focus on what really inspires you.
