Yoram Yasur- Life is a balance of areas.
We have various elements in our life: family, work, friends, spirituality, etc.
There are internal elements like mind, heart and health and external elements like work, social, family, fun.
We have to know how to make a balance of all this elements in our life so we can live a happy and organized life.

You should believe you are enough to be happy. Your happiness does not depend on someone else.
Life is an everyday gift.
Focus on the things that make you happy today.
