GRATITUDE IS A GREAT WAY OF BOOSTING YOUR WELLBEING – Yoram Yasur
We are always seeing what we need to have, and what we don’t have and we forget about all the things we do have.
Before asking for something, we should be grateful for what we already have: love, friends, family, health, job, there are a lot of things to be grateful.
A good exercise is to write down a list of things you are grateful for, and read it every night.
I am sure, you will sleep better, happier and peaceful after that what are you waiting for?
WANT TO START YOUR DAY IN A GOOD MOOD
Try these simple things: don t jump out of bed immediately, take a few minutes to lay down, and wake up your mind.
Open your curtains to let sunlight enter your room this will give you an extra boost to start your day.
You should stretch your muscles before starting your activities if you practice meditation, it is the perfect moment to do it.
Exercise a little, at least 30 minutes per day will do wonders for your health and mind.
Enjoy every moment, have a healthy breakfast and be positive.

HELPING OTHERS IS VERY SATISFYING
There is no greater satisfaction than the feeling of doing something good for others.
Helping others should be very important in your life. You can be an active community member, and do things that will directly benefit neighbors.
You can help giving monetary contributions, but the most important contribution is your time.
Being a volunteer is the best way to help look for shelters around your neighborhood, you can be very helpful.
