Yoram Yasur: Begin noticing things in your life that you are grateful for, things that make you happy, things that bring you a feeling of peace.
Whatever makes you feel gratitude, joy or happiness; bring that thing fully into your awareness.
Once you ve found that thing that makes you feel joy, peace or gratitude, pause for a second.
The pause will anchor the feeling in your awareness.
Focus on that and take ten slow, deep breaths.
Take ten breaths for a sunset.
Create a bookmark in your brain for those feeling states: joy, peace, love, gratitude, and happiness.
A GREAT DETOX PLAN IS TO QUIT CARBS FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
I have done it before and is really helpful of cutting sugar cravings.
What you should do is to quit eating all kind of carbs, no rice, no potatoes, no bread, no corn, not even rice.
Eat veggies, lots of fruits, and lean proteins.
Complement the detox plan with exercise and yoga.
You will feel how your body starts to feel balanced and that need for eating sugar will disappear.

Tell yourself that is going to be a good day, that you are thankful for all the things you have.
Willpower is higher in the morning! eat almonds, make it a habit.
Let 6 almonds soaking every night.
In the morning, peal the skin and eat them first thing in the morning.
Drink green tea with lemon, add honey.
Is has a great effect on your body and mind.
Live the present moment, feel it.
Go for a walk, think clearly, take deep breaths, focus on how you breath, listen to your body.
Observe everything around, the sky, trees, ground.
Practice some yoga poses, is great for your body and mind.
You will feel younger and happier.
