Yoram Yasur – A great snack to eat something healthy and low calorie.
Take a piece of whole grain bread.
Add some slices of avocado.
Some cottage cheese and the veggie you want.
It can be mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, onions. Whatever you like.
On top, add a little of olive oil and some pepper.
You can not image how delicious it is.
And the best of all, is fat free, low calorie, and nutritious.
I use to eat it when i feel hungry, in the middle of the afternoon, or sometimes for dinner.
A GREAT WAY OF GETTING IN CONTACT WITH YOUR MIND AND BODY MEDITATION.
Concentrate in your breathing, getting your thoughts through it.
Breath and try to focus on each part of your body, beginning from your head, going all the way to your feet.
If you feel your body is heavier, you are doing it correctly.
Another good technique is to focus on your problems, thinking about them, one by one.
That way you will be able to solve them and let them go.
Think about a place you like, the beach, mountain, woods, park, anywhere that make you feel peaceful.
A GREAT WAY TO START YOUR DAY MEDITATING
start by getting comfortable.
Wherever is more easy for you, in a chair, floor, mat, cushion.
Breathing is the most important part of meditation.
Focus on your breath.
Begin with five minutes.
The important thing is that you feel comfortable.
Soon you will be increasing time.
Meditation is a relationship with yourself, so treat yourself right.
Find a friend to meditate with.
Set a place and time for meditation.
With your back lengthen the spine.
Like everything, we need to practice.
