I HAVE NEVER BEEN A BIG FAN OF SARDINES.
I remember my mother used to force me and my brothers to eat them at least once a month.
Now that i am interest in healthy food i realized they are loaded with omega 3, proteins and vitamin D.
They promote bone and heart health because of those ingredients.
One interesting facts is that sardines are named after sardinia, an italian island, where these fish were once found.
Now i like them, you can sprinkle sardines with lemon juice and olive oil.
