AVOID SATURATED FATS IN YOUR DIET.

Some monounsaturated fats are olive oil, canola oil, avocados, nuts, seeds.
Salmon, anchovies, sardines, corn oil, soy oil, flaxseed, sunflower oil, are polyunsaturated fats.
Trans and saturated fats are the ones you must avoid.
Excessive consumption leads to fatty material accumulation inside blood vessels.

And this causes cardiovascular diseases.
Besides, they increase bad cholesterol.
Experts recommend that just 7% of daily calories come from saturated  fats, not more than that.

Saturated fats include products like: milk, chicken skin, processed meats, animal fat, pastry.
Well, now you know which foods to avoid.

 

AVOID SUGARS AND LIGHT SODAS.

One of the things that my nutritionist told me was to avoid sugar, and also avoid artificial sweeteners.
I said, why’ they have no calories’ but, they are not good for you.
So, she prohibited me to drink diet sodas, and drinks with those products.
At the beginning i felt like dying, because I really like light sodas, and they make me fell full for a while.
But now, I try to drink water or natural juices without sugar.
