If you are hungry at night, do not eat this:
Alcohol: it will cause reflux.
Soda: carbonation increases stomach pressure.

Coffee: improve generation of stomach acid.
So if you are hungry in the middle of the night, prefer bananas, skim milk or a cup of tea.

Avoid negative people.
If you surround by negative people they will end up making you feel negative too.
