Get up early on a weekend and you ve got a head start on the rest of the world.

Practice stillness.
It will help you release stress, improve productivity, being creative help others.

Adopt these habits before going to bed and you will be more productive:

Review your day.
It will force you to clarify what you want and motivate you to take action on your goals.
Write down your thoughts.
Analyze when and why things go wrong.
